EASY SOYA CHUNKS FRY IN 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

Soy chunks - 1 cup
Water - 1/2  cup
Green cardamom - 1 
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Red chili powder - 2 sp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 spring

METHOD:

1. Wash the soy chunks three times by using water.



2. Add washed soy chunks, 1/2 cup of water , one green cardamom and salt into a pressure cooker.

3. Cover and cook on high heat until one whistle. Open the lid after pressure releases completely.

4. Transfer Soy chunks into a bowl. Add chili powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder, garam masala , fennel seeds and curry leaves. Mix well.


5. Heat a kadai and add oil. When oil heats up up add marinated soy chunks.

6. Roast till soy chunks become brown and crisp outside.

7. Garnish with curry leaves.

WHOLE WHEAT BANANA CAKE   INGREDIENTS: Whole wheat flour - 1 ¾  Cup Mashed ripe bananas - 1 cup Honey - 1/2 cup Sunflower oil - 1/3 cup Eggs - 2 Water - 1/4 cup Baking soda - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tsp INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 160 degree celcius (320 F). 2.  In a mixing bowl , add whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. 3. In an another mixing bowl, beat oil and honey together with a whisk. Add eggs and beat well. 4. Mash the ripe bananas with fork . Don't use mixer for this . Add mashed banana and vanilla essence. Beat well. DO NOT USE WHISK AFTER THIS STEP. 5.  Passion fruit drinks How to make Passion fruit juice    1. Cut the passion fruits in half and pull out the flesh. Add the flesh to a blender.     2. Blend for about a minute. The black seeds will leave the jelly during blending. Make sure you don't over blend as the seeds will break up and create lumps.   3. Strain to seperate the seeds.   4.
