QUICK MICROWAVE EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE IN 90 SECONDS
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour/ Maida - 3 tbsp
Coco powder - 1tbsp
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Sunflower oil / Coconut oil / melted butter - 3 tbsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Dark chocolate cubes/ grated - 1/4 cup
METHOD:
1. Take a microwave safe bowl ( minimum 250 ml capacity) and add all purpose flour , coco powder, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Mix well. Add oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
3. Add dark chocolate cubes and mix well.
4. Microwave ( 900 w) it for 90 seconds. The time depends on power set on microwave oven. Adjust the time according to the power of microwave oven.
5. Cool it for 2 minutes. Garnish with powdered sugar.
6. Ready to serve.
