Chocolate mocha mousse with cocoa powder
INGREDIENTS:
Water (cold) - 1 tbsp
Unflavored gelatin - 1 tsp
Whipping cream (cold) - 1 Cup
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Water boiling - 2 tbsp
Instant coffee powder - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
1. Add cold water and gelatin into a bowl, let stand 1 minute to soften.
2. Add coffee powder to boiling water and make coffee decoction.
3. Add coffee decoction into gelatin mix and mix well.
4. Stir together sugar and cocoa powder in medium size bowl ; add whipping cream and vanilla essence.
5. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally, until mixture is stiff.
6. Pour in gelatin mixture; beat until well blended.
7. Spoon into serving glasses. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
8.Garnish as desired.
