2 Sweet Bread Toasts | 3 Ingredients only | In 10 Minutes

 Sweet Bread Toasts  Recipe 1 : Brown Sugar bread Toast  Cooking time : 10 Minute Serves - 1 Ingredients : Butter - 2 Tbsp ( Room temperature) Brown Sugar - 2 Tbsp Bread - 3  Method: 1.  Into a bowl, add butter and brown sugar and mix well. Mix until it turns into a creamy texture. The butter should be in room temperature, otherwise you won't get creamy texture . 2. Spread the mixture on bread. 3. Heat a Skillet / Tawa on low heat. Keep bread on tawa and toast bread until it turns into dark golden colour. Spread mixture on other side of bread. Flip over and toast the other side. 4. The brown sugar will melt and make a caramel layer on bread. 5. Remove from heat and let the bread cool completely. 6. Ready to serve. Vegetable Masala Vada Preparation time - 2 hours Cooking time - 30 minutes Makes 12 to 15 small size Vada Ingredients: Channa dal- 1 Cup Chopped Onion- 1/2 cup Chopped Carrot - 1/2cup Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 cup Chopped bell pepper (Capcicum) - 1/4 cup Cumin - 1 tsp Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp Chopped green chili - 3 to 4 Salt to taste Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp  Curry leaves Coriander leaves Oil for frying Method: 1. Wash and soak Channa dal in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours drain water and grind into coarse paste without adding any water. 2. Into a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well.     3.Take a portion and shape into round patties or vada. 4. Heat oil in a pan / Kadai for deep frying.  Eggless Microwave funfetti Mug cake | Cake in 90 seconds INGREDIENTS: All purpose flour/ Maida - 4 tbsp Funfetti / Color sprinkler - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp for garnishing Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Sunflower oil  / melted butter - 1 tbsp Milk - 3 tbsp Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp METHOD: 1.  Take a microwave safe bowl ( minimum 250 ml capacity) and add all purpose flour , powdered sugar, baking powder and funfetti. 2. Mix well. Add oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix well. 3. Add fresh cream and mix well. It will add extra flavor and richness to the cake. 4. Microwave ( 900 w) it for 90 seconds. Eggless Carrot cupcake| Carrot Muffin Cooking time -20 minutes Preparation time : 10 minutes Total - 30 minutes Makes 7-8 medium size cupcakes Ingredients: All purpose flour - 1& 1/4 Cup Grated carrot - 3/4 Cup Brown sugar - 1 cup Thick Curd - 1 Cup ( Room temperature) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Sunflower Oil - 1/4 cup A pinch of salt Cinnamon powder - 1tsp Method: 1. Wash , Peel and grate Carrot and keep it aside. Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius. 2. Grease or line the muffin tray. 3. Sift all purpose flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cinnamon powder and salt. Mix well and keep it aside. 4. Into a mixing bowl, add curd and brown sugar.  Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely. Into this add oil and mix well. 5.Add the sifted dry ingredients little by little and gently fold it together. Add grated carrot and gently fold it together. Do not over mix. Banana Ball | Banana Bonda| Easy banana snack Ingredients: Banana (large) - 1  All purpose flour - 1 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Rice flour - 2 tbsp Grated coconut - 2 tbsp Baking soda / Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp Water - 1/4 cup Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp or green cardamom - 3  Oil - 1/2 cup Method: 1. Into a mixer add banana and sugar . Add green cardamom if you don't have cardamom powder. Remove the shell and add it into the mixer. Grind to a smooth paste. 2. Into a mixing bowl,  add the grinded paste, all purpose flour, rice flour, grated coconut and baking soda. Mix well. 3. Add water gradually and make it a thick batter. 4. Heat a paniyaram pan / Kadai and add oil. Pour the batter by using spoon and fry it both sides until it become golden color on both sides. 4. Serve it with tea / Coffee. Note: 1. Chicken Pasta | White sauce pasta Ingredients: Cooked boneless chicken pieces - 1 cup Milk - 500ml All purpose flour - 2 tsp Olives - 1 tbsp carrot - 1/2 cup Capcicum - 1/4 cup (cubed) Sliced onion - 1/4 cup Minced garlic - 1 tsp Olive oil/ Oil  - 2 tbsp Butter - 1tbsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes - 1 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste  Grated cheese of your choice 1 cup OR Cheese slice - 7  Pasta of your choice - 3 cup Water as required Method: 1. Take a pressure cooker and add chicken, salt, pepper into cooker. Cook it for 2 whistle.    I used boneless chicken here. You can use chicken from left over curry. Use boneless chicken in this recipe. 2. Boil water on a heavy bottom vessel . Add 1 tbsp of oil and salt into the water. Add pasta and cook as per instruction on pasta packet. Chocolate appam in 20 minutes Ingredients: Maida / all pupose flour - 1 cup Powdered sugar -  1/2 to 3/4 cup ( Refer note 1) coco powder - 1/3 cup Milk (hot) - 1/4 cup Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tsp Milk - 6 tbsp Sunflower oil - 1/4 cup Baking powder - 1tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp A pinch of salt Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp Cashew nut - 5 (optional) Chocolate sauce - 2 tbsp (optional) Method: 1. Sift maida, coco powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix it well 2. Beat oil and sugar in a mixing bowl for a minute using a fork or whisk. 3. Add coffee powder into hot milk and mix well. 4. Mix all ingredients and make smooth batter. 5. Grease a plate with oil and pour the batter into plate. Add some nuts on top of that. 6. Prawn masala | Chemmeen masala Ingredients: Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp Cloves - 3 Green cardamom - 4 Cinnamon - 1 inch piece Chopped onion - 1 (large size) Tomato chopped - 2 (medium size) Green chili - 2  Ginger garlic paste  - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp Chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves/ curry leaves Oil - 2 tbsp To marinate: Cleaned prawns - 300g ( used medium size here) Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Lime juice - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1. Easy veg pasta with homemade sauce  Ingredients: Tomato - 4 (large) carrot - 1/2 cup Capcicum - 1/4 cup (cubed) Sliced onion - 1/4 cup Minced garlic - 1 tsp Olive oil/ Oil  - 2 tbsp Butter - 1tbsp  Dried basil - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Red chili flakes - 1 tsp Salt to taste  Grated cheese of your choice 1 cup OR Cheese slice - 7  Pasta of your choice - 2cup Water as required Method: 1. Boil  water in a heavy bottom pan . Make X cut on bottom of tomatoes and add it into boiling water. Cook it for 3 minutes. 2. Take out tomatoes after 3 minutes of boiling and pour water on tomatoes to prevent further cooking by heat inside. 3. Peel the skin of  tomatoes. We had made X cut for easy peeling. Remove seeds of tomatoes if you don't like it. Add tomatoes into a mixer and grind it without adding water. Tomato puree is ready. 4. Meanwhile , add carrot into boiling water and cook for a minute.
