Eggless Microwave funfetti Mug cake | Cake in 90 seconds
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour/ Maida - 4 tbsp
Funfetti / Color sprinkler - 2 tbsp + 1 tsp for garnishing
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sunflower oil / melted butter - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp
Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp
METHOD:
1.
Take a microwave safe bowl ( minimum 250 ml capacity) and add all
purpose flour , powdered sugar, baking powder and funfetti.
2. Mix well. Add oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
3. Add fresh cream and mix well. It will add extra flavor and richness to the cake.
4.
Microwave ( 900 w) it for 90 seconds. The time depends on power set on
microwave oven. Adjust the time according to the power of microwave
oven.
5. Cool it for 2 minutes. Garnish with funfetti.
