 Garlic Paneer | ഗാർലിക് പനീർ | Paneer starter recipes   Preparation time : 5 Minutes Cooking time : 15 minutes + 15 minutes for marination Serves : 3 to 4 people Type : Starter recipe Ingredients: Paneer / Indian Cottage cheese - 400 g   Butter - 4 Tbsb   Minced garlic - 1 Tbsp   Pepper powder - 1 tsp   Red chili Sauce - 2 tsp   Corn flour - 1 Tbsp   Salt to taste   Oregano - 1 tsp   Method :  1. Cut the paneer into blocks approx weight 50g each.     2. For marinating, add all ingredients into a mixing bowl except butter  and mix well.   3. The marinated masala should coat well on each paneer blocks and keep it aside for 15 minutes. 4. Heat a tawa / fry pan on medium heat and add butter. 5. Add paneer and fry for it for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat.   6. Flip over the paneer pieces and fry the other side for 5 minutes. 7.Fry the edges of paneer blocks and remove from heat.   8. Serve the garlic paneer with ketchup or green chutney. Enjoy!!!!

 Pal Payasam | Milk payasam| Rice Kheer   Preparation time : 5 minutes Cooking time : 30 minutes + 45 minutes  Serves - 2 to 3 Ingredients: Broken rice / nurukku ari - 1/4 cup Milk -  3 + 1/2 cup Sugar (granulated) -  10 Tbsp Ghee / clarified butter -   1 Tbsp Green cardamom (small) - 2 Nos  Cashew nuts - 10 to 15 Raisin - 10 to 15 Method : 1. Wash broken rice with water 3 to 4 times and keep it aside. 2. Take a cooker and keep it on low heat and add milk. You have to keep the cooker on low heat through out cooking in this recipe.       3. Add sugar and stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.       4. Add washed broken rice and green cardamom . Mix well.       5. Close the lid and put on cooker whistle.        6. Let the cooker  be there for 30 minutes on low heat.  7. After 30 minutes, switch off the flame and remove the cooker from heat. Please don't bother if you don't get whistle.   8.  Easy Chocolate truffle  Preparation time - 1 Minute Cooking time - 8 to 12 minutes Cooling time : 2 Hours Makes - 10 to 12 Small truffle Ingredients: Condensed milk - 400 g Cocoa powder - 1/3 cup Instant coffee powder - 1 tsp Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp for greasing Vanilla essence - 1/8 tsp Cocoa powder , nuts & Sprinkles to decorate   Method: 1. Keep a pan on low heat and add butter.     2. When butter starts to melt, add condensed milk and stir continuously.     3. Add cocoa powder and coffee powder.  Stir continuously  until the mixture begins to pull away from the edges of pot.    4. Add vanilla essence and mix well. It’s done when you run the spoon through the centre of the mixture and it takes a few seconds to combine again.   5. Turn off the stove and transfer mixture into a butter greased plate.  Eggless Biscuit Custard pudding Preparation time : 5 Minutes Cooking time : 5 Minutes + 2 hours for chilling (optional) Serves - 3 to 4   Ingredients: Full fat milk - 2 cup  Melted butter - 1/4 cup Marie gold biscuit - 10 ( Please use biscuit of your choice) Vanilla custard powder - 2 to 3 Tbsp ( I used 2 Tbsp) Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp (optional) Sugar - 5 Tbsp Chopped banana - 1 Cup Chopped apple - 1 cup Pomegranate - 1/2 cup Method : 1. Add biscuits into a food processor or mixer and grind into a coarse mixture. You can keep biscuits in a zip lock cover and crush the biscuits using a rolling pin. 2.
