 Garlic Paneer | ഗാർലിക് പനീർ | Paneer starter recipes

 

Preparation time : 5 Minutes

Cooking time : 15 minutes + 15 minutes for marination

Serves : 3 to 4 people

Type : Starter recipe

Ingredients:

Paneer / Indian Cottage cheese - 400 g
 
Butter - 4 Tbsb
 
Minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
 
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
 
Red chili Sauce - 2 tsp
 
Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
 
Salt to taste
 
Oregano - 1 tsp
 

Method :

 1. Cut the paneer into blocks approx weight 50g each.  

 

2. For marinating, add all ingredients into a mixing bowl except butter  and mix well.
 

3. The marinated masala should coat well on each paneer blocks and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

4. Heat a tawa / fry pan on medium heat and add butter.

5. Add paneer and fry for it for 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat.

 

6. Flip over the paneer pieces and fry the other side for 5 minutes.

7.Fry the edges of paneer blocks and remove from heat.

 

8. Serve the garlic paneer with ketchup or green chutney. Enjoy!!!!

Homemade Pineapple Jam recipe  Ingredients: Pineapple puree - 2 Cup Sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup Pineapple essence - 1/8 tsp Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp     Method : 1. Cut the pineapple and add into a mixer . Blend well without adding water. Pineapple puree is ready.   2. Heat a Pan on medium heat and add 2 cups of pineapple puree. Stir continuously.   3. When it starts to boil , switch to low heat and add sugar. Mix well . Keep on low heat throughout the process. 4. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens .
